Noir Notes was launched in 2007 by Mona Taylor-Davis an award-winning writer and public relations practitioner who wanted to provide creative design in an impactful way to individuals, new entrepreneurs, and non-profits who needed help with telling their stories.
Davis is committed to delivering creative solutions to complex communication, design, and production challenges. Her career experiences include stints as a public relations/marketing director, reporter, freelance writer, script editor, event coordinator, graphic designer, and in radio/video production.
Her creative services company has published 12 titles ranging from self-help books to historical narratives and has successfully garnered media coverage and crafted awareness campaigns for local events and nonprofit groups.
